What classical architecture influenced the Early Christian basilica and how did it evolve?

SWuertz said...: The origins of early byznatine/christian architecture was mainly an assembly, along with other charactersitics of past civillizations, mainly the greek/roman. The influence behind it was ofcourse from the romans,who had in turn been influenced by the greeks.
