The Mesopotamian region was politically weak. I was dominated by Parsa a small region on Lower Mesopotamia.
It impacted the arts of the region by concentrating in making royal palaces, also new materials were introduced, and many craftsmen from all over the empire were brought to work this material.
After Mesopotamian region was defeated by parsa. The Arts in the region got more into the people to make better materials to make better products and buildings. They built alot of buildings and products to make there region better and brighter for the country.
The Mesopotamian region was a mess. It was full of power hungry countries wanting to concur and expand. Not much room politics. The artwork consisted of new forms of architecture via palaces to show this power. Along with sculpted busts of rulers made of bronze and other misc. stones.
